What's new in the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max lineup?

№1: 24 MP front camera

     The company will update the front camera in all iPhone 17 models. Instead of a 12 MP sensor, the smartphones will get a 24 MP sensor.

№2: A19 Pro chip

     The latest chip will be available exclusively for Pro models.

№3: 12 GB RAM

     With the advent of artificial intelligence, RAM has become a very important detail. The iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max will be equipped with 12 GB of RAM, which is 50% more than the 8 GB of RAM in the iPhone 16 Pro.

№4: Proprietary modems for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

     Apple has been working on creating two of its modems for 5G and Wi-Fi for several years. Future Pro-models are expected to get a new Apple chip for combined Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

     Presumably, the iPhone 17 Pro / Pro Max will have a large rectangular camera bump, which can provide some new advantages.

     It is also known that the Pro models will get a redesigned aluminum body, not titanium.

     The Dynamic Island will decrease in size. This exclusive change will affect only the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The reason will likely be the integration of Face ID into the screen.
